We are living in a time where the fast lane, fast food, a quick conversion and a high number in salvations are seen as a success story. If it happens, yes hallelujah. However, in many hard places, like where Islam is dominant or missions are working among Muslims, the process is very slow. It takes years if not months, for example, for a Muslim to make a shift in spite of understanding the message of assurance because a big life change is at stake. For some Muslims, it is the family that rejects them. Others are condemned as apostates and disowned or threatened with death. Yet others may have to flee their abode to start anew. (Luke 14:26-27)
